Varry Niven - Art Therapist
With more than 20 years of experience in creative and therapeutic art practices, Varry brings a strong foundation in both art education and disability support. Her career includes extensive work facilitating art-based learning and expression, supporting participants with a wide range of disabilities through meaningful creative engagement.
Varry is a Sydney-based artist who works across multiple mediums, and her diverse creative practice enriches her therapeutic approach, offering children varied and accessible ways to express themselves.
She holds a Diploma in Fine Arts, a Certificate IV in Disability, certification in Creative Art Therapies and Steiner training. These combined create a structured, supportive and responsive environment where children can build confidence as well as experience the therapeutic benefits of creativity.
